Procedure
- Fill up the application form and attach requirements.
- Arrange an interview.
- Child undergoes assessment.
- Settle tuition fee.

- Original PSA Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate or equivalent
- Report Card / Form 138
- Transcript of Records / Form 137 (for transferees)
- Recommendation Letter
- Certificate of Completion
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Health Form from LGMS
- 2 recent ID pictures
CASA children may enroll any time of the year. Grade School and High School students may enroll only before the school year begins.
